The Policy on Support Committee Operations is the cornerstone of this suite. It provides the strategic direction for everything we do, answering the question: What are we trying to achieve? This policy establishes clear goals for Support Committees, such as fostering good governance, ensuring financial accountability, and promoting volunteer engagement; sets the foundation for all other documents, ensuring alignment across directives, SOPs, guidelines, and tools; and, provides clear governance and accountability not only protect resources but build trust within our communities and sponsors.
